Consultation: $75
Initial Consultation: Mark will review your answers to a detailed questionnaire regarding your current fitness level, lifestyle, schedule, and desired outcomes.
8 Week Training Plan $195
Initial Consultation: Mark will review your answers to a detailed questionnaire regarding your current fitness level, lifestyle, schedule, and desired outcomes.
Training plan: After discussing the results of the questionnaire with you, Mark will create an 8-week training plan suited to your specific goals.
Ongoing feedback: Mark will provide an online feedback tool for you to log your workouts so that he can monitor your workouts and make suggestions to improve your training.
Unlimited text and email: Mark will be available to you for questions or additional information throughout your plan duration.
Motivation and Encouragement: Mark understands the importance of encouragement and motivation and will be there to cheer you on!
Other
Face to Face Workouts: Mark is available to meet with you for face to face training sessions. $60/hour, 30 minute increments available.

Motivational Speaking
Mark is available to speak to your large group. He can give a presentation on a topic pertinent to your group, conduct a Q&A session, or both. Contact us for rates and travel expenses.
